Handouts on Grammar Checkers

This page has two handouts that explain in detail how to set up, use, and understand the grammar checker in Word for Windows. One handout is for Word 2000. The other is for Word 2002 (sometimes called Word XP).

About the handouts

The handouts are in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) format. Most computers today have Adobe Acrobat Reader—so you will most likely be able to download these handouts just by clicking on the links in the next section. If you have trouble, there are two options:

• Download the Adobe Acrobat reader ( http://www.adobe.com ).
• Send me an e-mail (ed@edbailey.org), and I'll e-mail the handouts to you.
